1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, purchasing an algorithmic trading tool, or downloading Expert Advisor software provided by AristaFX ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site and our software products.

2. Software Products & Digital Delivery

AristaFX develops and licenses automated trading tools, Expert Advisors (EAs), and technical indicators designed for execution on the MetaTrader® platform (MT4/MT5).

Digital Delivery: Upon successful payment processed by Lemon Squeezy, your software license key and digital download links are delivered instantly on the order confirmation screen, via email notification, and through your AristaFX Member Dashboard.

3. License Grant & Restrictions

Upon purchasing a license:

• Source Code EAs: You are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use and modify the source code for your personal trading accounts. Redistribution, reselling, sublicensing, or public publication of the source code is strictly prohibited.
• Private EA Subscriptions: You are granted access to managed cloud deployment and updates for the active duration of your subscription.

4. Payment & Billing (Merchant of Record)

All prices are denominated in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise displayed. Lemon Squeezy acts as the Merchant of Record, providing secure 256-bit SSL encrypted checkout supporting Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Lemon Squeezy is responsible for calculating, collecting, and remitting sales tax and VAT across international jurisdictions.

6. Financial Risk & No Investment Advice

Software Tools Only: AristaFX is a software technology provider. We do NOT provide investment advice, financial advisory services, portfolio management, or broker-dealer services. Our Expert Advisors are algorithmic execution programs; trading in foreign exchange (Forex), CFDs, and leveraged assets involves substantial risk of loss of capital.
