14-Day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be completely confident in your purchase. If you experience technical defects or platform incompatibility that our support team cannot resolve, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

1. One-Time Software Licenses (Source Code EAs)

For our digital downloadable software licenses (Source Code Expert Advisors):

  • Eligibility Window: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the original transaction date.
  • Technical Support First: If you encounter issues installing or compiling the EA on your MetaTrader terminal, our engineering desk will assist you within 24 hours.
  • Valid Refund Grounds: Unresolvable technical incompatibility, corrupted file archive, or software error preventing operation as documented.
  • Post-Refund: Upon refund approval, the issued license key is deactivated on our servers and your download link is revoked.

2. Monthly Subscriptions (Managed Private EAs)

For recurring subscription plans:

  • Cancel Anytime: You can cancel recurring renewals at any time directly through your AristaFX Member Dashboard or via the Lemon Squeezy subscription management portal with a single click.
  • Active Period: Upon cancellation, you retain full access to the Private EA service until the end of your current paid billing period without further charges.
  • First Month Guarantee: If the cloud VPS service fails to provision within 48 hours of initial order, you will receive an automatic 100% refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is simple and fast. Choose either of the following methods:

  1. Direct Email to Support: Send an email to support@aristafx.com with your Order Number (e.g., ORD-... or Lemon Squeezy receipt #) and the email used during checkout.
  2. Via Lemon Squeezy Receipt: Click "Manage Order" on your email receipt from Lemon Squeezy to request customer support or returns.

Our billing team processes all verified refund requests within 1 to 2 business days. Once approved, funds are returned directly to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay) within 3–7 banking days.

4. Reseller & Merchant of Record Note

All purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy as our authorized Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy provides official transaction receipts and executes fund returns in full compliance with international consumer protection standards.
